Texas Proposition 14 2025. Proposition 14, which creates the centennial parks conservation fund, passed with an overwhelming support of 76.51% favorable from texas voters. A “yes” vote for proposition 14 will open a new chapter for our state, enabling us to establish new parks, including some close to our major cities.

The fund is made from a portion of state budget. Texas proposition 14, originating from s.j.r 74, would establish the centennial parks conservation fund to help the acquisition, development, and maintenance of state parks.
